I mean, since Kelly already teed up hip extension, his favorite subject of all, we have in the book something called the couch test, which is based on a stretch we've been recommending for years called the couch stretch. But basically, you put your knee to the wall or to the corner of the couch and your shin is sort of along the wall and then you want to try to get into an upright position.
