You got to wonder if he was being restrained while he was being strangled.

So there's described in the autopsy report two contusions on the wrist.
So these contusions on the wrist, what are they from?
Has he handcuffed?
Has he been tied?
I mean, are his hands restrained in some way while they're strangling him?
