Guilty.
That might not help.
It doesn't help me, that's for sure.
But, you know, that's also not what ADHD is.
this is for mental health in general as well.
Obviously, when someone comes to us and says, I'm struggling or something is there or something's not right, it's just hearing them in that moment, just listening to them, not trying to fix it or solve it or push it away with, oh, well, that's just rubbish.
That's a TikTok diagnosis.
It's just hearing them and believing them.
And then I think when it comes to workplaces or family life, it's also being open to
the fact that there are just different ways that people's brains operate best and so in a workplace that might look like being understanding of someone wearing noise cancelling headphones in the office to kind of get distractions out it might be understanding of them needing written instructions so that they can remember kind of instructions better
So I think it's just taking into account some of the things that people feel can help them operate best and kind of not shutting those things down because they may be different to the majority.
I think it's, again, just being open.
You like having it physically kind of in front of you.
Yeah.
Definitely.
And again, that's probably just you and that's how you feel things flow best and you can keep track of things.
But yeah, for people with ADHD, having things in multiple different formats in terms of audio, written, you know, that can help information soak in and stick.
And it also can make us feel we're kind of just more in control.
of the logistics and organisation of what's going on.
So, yeah, I won't diagnose you over the table.
