That's how you examine someone for glaucoma in your rooms.
But you as just a person looking at me, you couldn't tell I have glaucoma.
But I can tell you the why's and how.
So in terms of the keratopigmentation, this is corneal tattooing.
And this was originally devised to mask scars.
So you've got an ugly corneal scar...
They tattoo it blue over the top so that you don't look like a white walker with a white cornea.
And it used to be done with little needles, like an actual tattoo on your skin, which some people still do.
They still do that on the eye, which is a bad idea.
You can get a penetrating eye injury.
So these days they use the tunnels using the femtosecond laser.
But the tunnel setting on the femtosecond laser is not designed for this.
The tunnel setting was designed to treat keratoconus.
So to create a tunnel and then you insert a plastic ring in that tunnel to like level up the cornea when it's not round anymore.
And so now they're using the tunnels off-label for this business.
And how do they put the dye in?
