It's such an important thing.
And we're always, we don't let ourselves be bored.
It's almost like we can't sit down without just scrolling our phones.
We're always looking for a way to fill the time.
Probably a bit of both.
Yeah.
Because, I mean, social media, it gives us what we want.
It's a cute, interesting cat video.
It's a funny bit of content.
It's an interesting podcast.
It's interesting.
It's a great way to fill the time.
And being bored can sometimes feel uncomfortable.
So it's almost like we're self-soothing ourselves.
