And that story is prevalent through most of Western culture.
But actually, in other cultures, stories are about the end result of story is harmony or partnership or agreement, not the one winner.
It's not individualistic.
It's about community.
So what I started looking at was the lack of that representation in AI and started to look at what's being built around the world.
There is something called an AI resist list as well that you can look up where people are resisting the narrative of AI that's the formal one
and building their own bits of AI, which are actually small language models, which is quite exciting.
Now, again, listen, look at what happened with the punk movement coming in sort of, you know, through the pushback to the political status and the ideas in the 70s of sort of punk, you know, reaching out back to this sort of DIY culture.
We're starting to see the very beginnings of that with AI, which is fascinating to me.
Well, I wouldn't want any of these men in charge of everything.
You wouldn't be in charge of everything.
And listen, also citizens assemblies around the world starting to gather to reach out against sort of what they like, what they feel is happening.
Massive movement, obviously, environmentally, which is quite right in terms of the data centres.
Now, whilst we need them, we haven't figured out a way to do them with renewable energy yet.
in a way that's going to work for us.
That's not to say that we can't.
And a lot of startups are working in that space at the moment.
But we can see the decimation of water, power, the heat that's actually produced from them as well being absolutely terrible in terms of climate change for those communities.
So whilst we need them, we need to do them in a different way.
