And, you know, lovely Katrina Dalton, amazing pioneer doctor from the 1950s and 60s.
She prescribed a lot of progesterone, natural progesterone for women.
And I've read all her books and, you know, just gobbled up all her work.
And I've spoken to her daughter as well.
It's amazing experience talking to her.
But she prescribed a lot of progesterone and really helped regulate periods, really helped improve mental health, especially for women with PMS, PMDD, postnatal psychosis, postnatal depression, transformational progesterone.
And because as a doctor, I was taught you only prescribe progesterone for the womb, Louise.
If someone's had a hysterectomy, they don't need progesterone.
That's how I practice my medicine.

Even when I opened my clinic 10 years ago, that's what I did.
And then I've read her work.
I've read a lot of physiology, a lot of papers.
And then women are telling me they're not completely better.
They're only on Estadar, maybe testosterone.
And then we've been treating, we treat a lot of women with PMS and PMDD.
And giving a good dose, often as a pesary or suppository of progesterone, is incredible, the difference it makes.
And I also think it reduces that cortisol, that fight and flight sort of response that's going on.
And it also lowers the cortisone.
