There's a lot of corruption in everything.
I sort of sometimes compare it with what's happening with farming and processed foods.

So the people that write the guidelines are usually paid by pharmaceutical companies.
And sometimes the guideline development group is really well paid by pharmaceutical companies.
And so that does have an issue with it.
If you look at PMS, for example, and PMDD, their guidelines in the UK are written by the drug company that make the Mirena coil.
Globally, there's involvement with other pharmaceutical companies.
So it makes it really difficult to know if things are really going to change.

No, there really isn't.
Yet they're there on all the guidelines.
