Yet only the minority of menopausal women are given vaginal hormones, which are very safe.

They don't get absorbed in the body.

Anyone, including women who've had breast cancer, can usually very safely use them.

So anyone that's had any urinary tract infection, certainly recurrent urinary tract infection, should be prescribed vaginal hormones.
