And of course, collagen is composed in your body, also a lot of glycine and proline, and maybe there's not a lot of those amino acids in our food, in our nutrition.

But of course, it doesn't matter that it actually increases muscle protein synthesis.

So now we've tried it now like three studies and so far we have not shown evidence that collagen increases connective tissue protein synthesis in muscle.

But yeah, I have to admit that the muscle fraction is only a very small amount of collagen.
