What we did in our program was to combine the five pillars of brain health at the same time that I took care of the medical problems.

So when a patient came, I took care of their sleep apnea, I did blood tests for their vitamin D level, B12 level, thyroid level, iron levels.

And I took care of the medical things while my staff worked with them twice a week for about 90 minutes each time to do brain training and to monitor the five pillars of brain health.
