So what's a food you could eat every day?
You need some of the dirt on because then you get some more probiotics.
They're so gorgeous.

Yeah, those are the Okinawan sweet potatoes.
And Okinawa is one of the blue zones where people live a very long time.
I eat them almost three times a week.
They're in my house all the time.
And if I can't find them in the grocery store, it's very upsetting.
