So how do you support your body's own detoxification system?
A lot of doctors go, well, you know, your body just does it.
You don't have to worry about it.
It's like no big deal.
You can't do anything.
And detoxification as a therapy is just stupid and unscientific.
Well, that is absolutely wrong.
It's extremely scientific.
And if you look at the literature, you'll find it.
The problem isn't there's no evidence.
The problem isn't they haven't looked at the evidence.
And I studied this extensively because I had to for my own health and also for my patients.
is a real system for doing this.
And there's a lot of ways to do it.
You have to support all those systems.
I call it the triple P system, the poop, pee, and perspire, right?
And those are really important, but you also have to support your liver.
So one of the pathways you have to support, your liver is really important.
And there's great foods that's upbreaking your body's own detoxification pathways.
My favorite of the broccoli family, you know, broccoli, collards, kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, et cetera.
