What are the great outcomes of this?
So I don't like to see AI as happening to us and driving us.
I don't like to have that angle of a technology push.
Yes, the technology companies are trying to technology push it on us.
But I think the regulators, the policymakers, and you and I, normal human beings, will push back.
will go, hold on, I don't like this, I like this.
And we've all seen the videos of the students that are graduating universities now booing AI.
Don't underestimate the power of those youngsters who are going to be shaping the future of the world.
It's not the older guys like you and I who are shaping the future of the world.
It's those young people.
And those young people are educated.
They're smart.
They know a lot more about social equality than we do.
They still have their morals and values intact.
They're an incredible generation.
And they'll push back.
So I don't see a sort of a matrix doomsday scenario of that sort.
But the thing I'm worried about is what I said, those catastrophic decisions that will be made until we realize that we are all aligning on the wrong page.
Those things that are happening silently as we adopt those models into our organizations, the unemployment rates that will go up, the over-agreement, that's what worries me the most.
That phase of catastrophic decision-making based on highly biased data, highly biased models, and the sort of genetical belief in ourselves that computers are smarter than human beings.
