The regularity has come online, I would say in the past 18 months as being a relevant metric.
When I say, you would say, well, hang on a second, regularity and timing, they sound like the same.
When I say regularity, I mean when you go to bed and when you wake up.
If you keep that consistent, that is the third piece of the four macros.
That's regularity.
I go to bed at the same time.
I wake up at the same time.
Plus or minus how much?
So I would say plus or minus, you know, 30 minutes.
You kind of, that's your wiggle room.
You don't want to try.
And everyone, you know, even I, I have a...
I'm fairly puritanical about my sleep, not because I want to be some poster child and practice what I preach.
It's simply that if you knew everything I did about sleep, it's an entirely selfish act to prioritize my sleep.
I don't want to die any sooner than I have to.
And I don't want to live with disease any longer.
And the greatest health insurance policy that I know of that is universally available, largely free and mostly painless is this thing called a night of sleep.
So I'll gift it to myself every single night.
