Then the cooler you get at night, and that's the reason that these smart mattresses now are working so well, As you get cold. Like they ate sleep. They ate sleep, yeah.

But then you have to reverse engineer the trick. You have to warm up to wake up. And it's not light that wakes us up. Really, it's the warming of our core brain and body that is the true force that wakes us up.
