I've got a bike, whatever.
Your question, I think, is does that help my workout if I have all of that going on?
The answer is 100%.
Yes, it absolutely does.
It can also extend the life of the cortisol and the adrenaline in your head by doing that.
However, you need to be thoughtful and you don't want to go too heavy.
As an example, the number one time for heart attacks is early in the morning.
You need to be thoughtful and make sure that you're not doing something that's too effortful right out of the gates.
So what I would say is if you want to work out and maybe extend that cortisol and extend that adrenaline, I would get on the treadmill, but I wouldn't do a full-on run.
You might do like a half run, like meaning half effort, or do a quick walk or something along those lines.
You'll extend what you want to do.
You'll get some of the workout that you're looking for without any other potential cardiac problem.
So great question.
Here's what's interesting.

You landed right on to the right question here.
So here's where it gets really interesting.
Historically, when we look at sex, believe it or not, we have it at the wrong time.
