I can teach people without anything how to sleep better.
I have yet to find a human who isn't in pain or doesn't have a major mental health issue that I can't fix their sleep without medication, without peptides, without anything, just by talk therapy, scheduling, and helping them.
So for me, I just don't see the need for it.
I know a lot of people out there want to do it.

Here's what I do is I tell people to do the mom test.
Call your mom up if she's still around and say, hey, mom, I'm thinking about injecting myself with these things that start with letters and fucking numbers.
I have no idea what the long-term effects on it, but somebody who I don't really know very well told me that I'll sleep better.
