So here's what ends up happening is the two glasses of water help fill your stomach up so you don't drink too much.
You've given yourself three hours.
You only really need two hours for your body to metabolize through the alcohol.
But you want to give yourself a little bit of leg room in there just in case your body may be a slow metabolizer.
As we get older, we become slower versus the faster metabolizer.
So we get all that out of the system.
