So once again, everybody knows about these three chronotypes.
What I'm most famous for is I discovered a fourth one, which is somebody with an irregular sleep pattern.
So you might say to yourself, well, give me an example, Michael, of somebody who would have an irregular sleep pattern, right?
So as an example, somebody with ADD or ADHD.
they have irregular sleep patterns.
Guess what?
The entrepreneurial universe is flooded with people with ADHD.
We know that there's a large portion of these people that have this irregular sleep schedule that can be problematic.
For women, another example would be women going through menopause.
Menopause does all kinds of funky things to your hormones, which changes your sleep quite a bit.
So we know that there are certain life skills or periods of time in your life where you may fall into one chronotype or another.
Now, this usually begs the question, Michael, I thought you said they were genetic and you're either one or the other.
It turns out you go through each one of the chronotypes throughout your lifetime.
So as an example, when you're an itty bitty baby, you're a lion.
You go to bed really early, you wake up really early.
Then you get into like middle school range, like age, like let's say four to eight.
Well, then you're a bear.
You go to bed around 730, you wake up around 730.
Then adolescence hits.
What happens?
