And so the way I would interpret that is,
You may or may not be not getting enough, but you're definitely exhibiting a pattern where the algorithm is saying you're not getting enough.
Why?
Is it the problem with the algorithm?
Is it a problem with maybe you are getting it, but there's something in the peripheral system that is like maybe your heart rate is just too variable and it's not picking up for other reasons or something.
I would say the way I do this is
is just like the breathing example, where it's like, if you're having trouble breathing, okay, do you have a problem with your lungs?
You have lung disease of any kind.
If so, let's figure out what that is, treat it.
Okay, lungs are fine.
Do you have an airway disease?
Do you have asthma?
Do you have airway inflammation?
That could be interfering with your ability of your lungs to be transferring oxygen correctly.
Are those fine?
If it's identify any problems there, fix them.
Okay.
