Yeah.
Cognition is a big one.
And it's certainly something people worry about a lot as they get older.
It's almost becoming the number one thing people worry about as they get older, getting dementia and related conditions.
So โ and there's โ you know, we'd like to see more studies out there, but there's some evidence that it may improve cognition.
Now, how much of that is intertwined with weight loss and things like that I don't think has been totally deconvoluted.
So I think we need to sort all that out.
But, yeah, but people are now โ
You may know that people used to talk about Metformin, this diabetes drug, as potentially the longevity drug.
This may be the way to live a lot longer, healthier.
And the side effects are not high, as far as we know, if at all, for most people.
And now a lot of people are very interested in these JLPs as possible longevity drugs.
There are trials underway to look at this sort of stuff.
So we'll see what ways they improve people.
Good question.
I don't know, but it's pretty clear that people do do strength training.
Again, larger studies would be nice, but it's pretty clear they can reduce their muscle mass loss.
That's clear, and it's definitely been the case for me.
I mentioned my bike accident.
I went from pretty good about maintaining muscle mass, and I did lose some when I lost some of that.
