I'm glad you're doing that because I think it's huge.

And by the way, when I went on GLPs, I had a little bit of fatty liver, just disappeared.

So I think a lot of people are thinking this way, that your pancreas and beta cells in particular are very subject to stress.

And so it may be one of the reasons, you know, your pancreas, your beta cell in particular is very sensitive to fat is because it does cause stress.

And your immune system is tied in this in ways I would say we don't fully understand.

But in general, the party line is that visceral fat is worse.

Huberman Lab

And I think it's because of putting stress on your organ systems, yeah, say versus subcutaneous fat.

Well, the party line is that you should not eat three hours before sleeping.

And I believe that.

Huberman Lab

And that's true from the studies we've run, that people who do have a gap and actually people who walk after dinner have lower glucose the next day.

And if you go into the evening with a high glucose spike, in general that correlates with poorer sleep.
