we try to fit it into a clean structure and we don't take into account that humans are messy and we can be particularly messy in our neurodivergence because our rhythms are a little bit
different to neurotypical rhythms.
So we try to follow advice that is set for neurotypical people without thinking that perhaps we are not hungry at one o'clock.
Why do we have lunch at one o'clock?
I'm only hungry at three.
So then you start thinking, oh, I've missed out a meal and, you know, and then you feel shame because of that.
Why don't you just eat at three when you're hungry and have a vegan meal at three?

a big meal have a smaller meal just make your own rules and make sure that you have a little bit of all of the things that you know are good for you in inverted commas and the consistency of that is going to be better than trying to fight against the you know against the the shame of not doing things the right way so it's about finding your rhythm really
