So going in a skin exam is a easy thing to do.
Your dermatologists know how to look.
We have a little instrument called a dermatoscope.
You can see pigment and blood vessel patterns that your naked eye can't see even with a magnifying glass.
I'm a believer just the same way you should have a normal physical exam.
You know, people, but Barry get your, your lipids measured, your blood pressure measured.
I think skin should be looked at once a year.
That's, that's a good takeaway.
And if you have a funny looking spot, even if it doesn't hurt or bleed or itch, go in and have a check because many, many things early on just don't give you symptoms.
And dermatologists, that's what we do.
We love to, we live to look at spots and diagnose.
You know, it's really a shame when we see someone with a more advanced situation where it could have been diagnosed earlier and we could have made, we think, intervention earlier and saved the patient from more onerous treatment.
