But our cognitive, our mental, our brain tends to calm down and things get better in the brain.
Menopause is a day, right?
Medically, menopause is one day in your life.
One day exactly after your final menstrual period.
What's the point of that random definition?
Because what if it's leap year?
Do we go 366 days?
What if you've had an IUD?
What if you've had all these things?
It's really an antiquated definition, and we really need to modernize it.

I mean, they're trying.
