So for skin preservation and skin health, the simple methodologies that we use for our face.
We should apply it to our body, but it's like if we're not trained and we're not organized, so that's why it's really good just to have your counter and your bathroom set up so you can literally go pump, pump, on we go, out the door, and it becomes habit and routine.

Because consistency and repetition is key.

So a common scenario that presents in winter is sensitivity, particularly around the eyes, right?
Because the eyelid skin is thinner and it is more sensitive.
So it will tend to show the signs of the harshness of the winter environment and the dryness early and also kind of lip areas.
So often I'll compound up something that's got a lot of glycerin in it and it's more of an occlusive style ointment-based moisturizer.
I get it compounded and I'll say add this in morning and night to those sensitive areas within your normal routine.
They usually get better pretty quickly and I tell them to sustain that in winter.
