I think the example you're giving of your own life is a beautiful, it's a beautiful example.
You got yourself to a healthier place because you realized I need to understand myself and I need to understand what is this story I'm telling myself.
Right, and how am I telling myself this story?
Am I saying to myself over and over again, you're not enough, you're not enough, you're not good enough, what's wrong with you?
If that's my dialogue to myself, maybe in those words or in similar words, how am I ever gonna understand anything?
But I painted myself into a corner here and I need to stop and look at what it is that I've done.
