Some of the more minutiae that people tend to fixate on, it's a little bit of majoring in the minor and minoring in the major. The evidence gets squishier and squishier. The arguments get more and more mechanistic and less based on actual data. So you can make a plausible argument that maybe you shouldn't eat that type of fat in favor of this type of fat.

And it wasn't that I was craving to eat pasta and rice and potatoes again, but I was craving just a wider variety of fruits and vegetables and things that were basically going to kick me out of ketosis. And so I did. And I'm super happy to be eating what I eat today, which is basically I'm pretty much an in-the-middle eater, right?

How much protein am I getting? Are the sources of my food as good as I can make them on a given day on average? Yes. Okay.
