I mean, look, I think every doctor to some extent goes through this, where you try to sort of compartmentalize what you're seeing. I do understand what you're saying and I appreciate that there is a joy that comes from helping people, but I can also at least personally say that there are moments when it breaks down and you feel so overwhelmed by sadness.
