Consequential knowledge is something you learn, something you develop where they can't replace you by noon tomorrow.

You've got to have a skill set, and it could be setting fence posts.

It can be fixing a copier.

It can be fixing a computer.

It can be a brain surgery.

Making tables.

Whatever.

Whatever.

Something that they can't replace you by noon.

If you don't have consequential knowledge –

You're making a big mistake.

You've got to find something you're passionate about and some skill set, knowledge set that is specific to you that they can't replace you by noon tomorrow.

Yeah, but this idea of equality of outcome...

is insane.

It's insane.

So many people on the left and so many college professors right now are talking about the goal needs to be a quality of outcome.
