This might beat all of them because recently a Delta flight attendant made a pretty big mistake during a flight last Saturday when he accidentally deployed the emergency slide.

Luckily, the plane was still at the gate at the time.

Okay, I would be okay with my flight being delayed if he gave everybody just a chance to go down at once.

That did not happen.

And the thing is, you can't just deflate it, repack it, and be good to go.

It's a really complicated process, and reports say it'll probably cost the airline between $50,000 and $70,000.

It sounds like he just did something wrong when he was securing the door, or maybe he did things in the wrong order and triggered the slide.
