If you go to your doctor and and he gives you a prescription, there's only a 50% chance that you'll fill it. And if you fill it, there's probably a 50% chance that you'll take it. Unless you're a surgeon, you have the patient lying unconscious on the table, you can do whatever you want to them. To get patients to do what you think is right for their health or what you think will help them, whether it's take a pill. I mean, taking a pill is pretty easy, right? Well, because the mantra of the government and the food industry is calories in, calories out is the secret to weight loss. And it has nothing to do with nutritional quality. And so it doesn't matter whether you have a soda or broccoli, as long as they're the same calories, it's the same amount of energy.
