Yeah, I mean, being sedentary in general is so bad for so many different reasons. One is that obviously you're not getting exercise, but being sedentary, if you're sitting a lot, you're actually sitting on the nerves that give innervation to your genitals, right? So you're sitting on the pudendal nerve, one of the nerves that gives a lot of innervation to your genitals.

Absolutely, and I think desire is very complex. Like I said, a lot of stress, anxiety, mental, psychological disorders, they can all affect desire. Medications you're on can affect desire. So sort of figuring out like, okay, which areas of my life do I need to improve? And if they have fixed all those other things, then maybe there's a medical issue going on
