But back to the omega-3 and this study I was talking about from Bill Harris is so interesting because he also, this is a huge cohort of people, the Framingham, there's people that have all sorts of lifestyles, including smoking. Right. And so he did a sub-analysis looking at smokers and non-smokers and their omega-3 index.
And what Bill and his associates and colleagues found was that smokers with a high level of omega-3, so they had a high omega-3 index of 8%, they had the same mortality rate. as non-smokers with a low omega-3 index.
