There are 262 names for sugar, and the food industry uses all of them. And so they will say that something's no added sugar, but that in fact is actually not the case. Yes, there is a 16% weight loss. What is that weight? Turns out it's equal amounts of fat and muscle. Using as much muscle as fat is not a good thing.
