And so we're going to talk about it and we're going to be.
But I want to say, too, we can try to normalize these conversations a lot of times.
And I talked to my mom about when she went through with menopause and she said, we certainly did not talk about this.
And it was, and she was one of the women that were of that age around the women's health initiative that she was on hormone replacement therapy.
Then it came out, said, nope, can't be on it.
They took her off of it without any sort of like weaning, without any sort of other additional support.
And she said, certainly we just didn't talk about it.
And so I think normalizing the conversations, if you see an individual that might be having a hot flash or really irritable, I started kind of trying to
you know, self-reflect a lot more on myself to be like, okay, today I'm just not with it.
Like, I felt like I had like days where I was like, do not drive.
I just, I got that over with, but it was really truly trying to self-reflect and say, I'm just not feeling myself today.
What should I do to try to take care of myself and kind of give my family a little bit of a heads up, like my cognitive load or my ability to think right now is done.
If you ask me what's for dinner, I think I might freak out.
