Those rules allow you to tap into patient assistance programs,

they have different pathways.

The other thing is, is you have those rules for state-funded Medicaid plans, right?

Those plans have different rules.

They have preferred pharmacies, they have different formularies, and then you have Medicare or Medicare Advantage.

Those plans have different rules, don't allow you to get patient assistance programs, different things.

What really needs to happen is we really need to have

some patient organizations, and again, really not even writing them, literally creating two or three minute segments so that people can understand how to navigate the healthcare system.

It's very different if you don't understand the rules, you can't even play.

And so that is the problem.

And then when the rules change as your life changes, those rules that apply to you before, if you don't understand the rules, you can't play and you can't navigate those things.

I would really, really like to see that happen.

I'm happy to collaborate.

I'm throwing that out there with people who...

would be looking to do that.

The problem is, is getting somebody to say, Hey, I'm willing to invest with that.

I think this would be a great research project going down in the future saying, Hey, you know, we've, um,

We've armed patient with this data dictionary or how to navigate things.

Let's see how it's reduced costs, eliminated barriers to medications and improved health outcomes.

And so I think that is what's missing is because those costs, those rules, the co-pays, the pharmacies you use,
