And that's why you see that it's all broken up.
There's little sidebars and there's glitzy little microscopes and there's call-outs and bold emphasis.
And it's enough to drive a typical person crazy when they look at this thing.
How do you pay attention to this?
Because they're used to reading like continuous prose and narrative.
And this is so far from that, as you know.
So that was field test, and we found that at least if you're going to read, that captured your attention better than typical narrative does.
The second thing that we do, of course, is a lot of adults tell me that the e-book is better for them than that.
I also get five to ten emails a day of people saying, I discovered you through your YouTube lectures, and that's the first time I was actually able to sit through and listen to this stuff.
So maybe now I'll go.
and get the e-book or look at some of your podcasts that you've done, you know, with other people like you and start to pick it up that way.
And then eventually they wind up back at the book.
But we understand that reading is very hard for adults with ADHD because of their working memory problems.
They can't retain what they read the way other people can.
And they find themselves mind wandering while they're reading.
And then they got to go back to the top of the page seven times.
So, you know, I understand.
I get it.
That text isn't always the best way for adults with ADHD to learn stuff.
