And suddenly you're like, whoa, right?
You're like a clockwork toy that's suddenly been wound up again.
So I am pro-cortisol, and I think, you know, all of these hacks and hype of, you know, I've got to get it down, I've got to get it down.
I think if we just live well and manage stress as best we can within the confines of being normal human beings living in the real world, cortisol will take care of itself.
