And as a result of that, you're going to reset your parasympathetic nervous system, which is great. So sometimes what we need to do is support the GABA system with natural equivalents, plants, fungi, other kinds of things that can work in conjunction with diet, with lifestyle, with supplementation. And that's really the key, I think, is that you have to look at it all different angles to really help people.
