Because again, walk before you run, but how can you walk if you're just in bed and you can't move? And then in that case, the path to health optimization is one that can be very challenging for people and it doesn't happen overnight. It can happen six months, a year. Some people that I've worked with has taken three or four years. And part of that's compliance for sure.
