The nice thing about Genova is that they do optimal ranges, which is that their normal levels of their labs are standardized in a healthy group of individuals between 21 and 30 years of age. as opposed to Vibrant and others that use a much larger age range, usually 18 to 65 is what they use. And so that's okay, but it's not necessarily optimal as far as I'm concerned.

But, you know, you can also, there's also some new companies out there like Fullscript, for example, that are creating their own optimal ranges with their new system, which I'm pretty excited about. So Fullscript is a supplement aggregator online that many people know about already. So they're pretty cool in how they're doing and then

even our nonprofit, Home Hope, we're doing a number of things in the world of AI to help us, not just fake AI, but real AI. Not everybody says AI, but Dr. Ted is actually one of the true pioneers of AI back in the 1980s. He was actually able to fully transcribe the worm C. elegans.

He was able to compute the nervous system of C. elegans back in the 90s and create a mathematical model of consciousness that way. But just to give you a sense, we're also doing things internally to work on these kinds of systems too.

I mean, I usually say if you're healthy and otherwise doing well, somewhere in your mid-30s would be a good idea to start getting like a baseline of kind of where you are. Maybe early 30s, but I mean, the sad truth is that more and more people are getting sicker, much younger, and starting doing the testing earlier may be helpful.

I've worked with some elite athletes and others using the testing, and I've actually been pretty surprised about what I've found overall in toxicities, deficiencies, et cetera. So working on this stuff earlier can be beneficial, but certainly in adults is what I've mostly used the testing on, although I have pediatrician colleagues that do use it in kids as well.

Well, I would even counter that to some degree and say, that's important, but what about inflammation in the system? What about mitochondrial dysfunction? Because that's the fuel, that's the gasoline on the fire, right? You have elevated ApoB, it doesn't matter to me. If your inflammatory markers are well established, controlled.

If you have optimized mitochondrial function, it's not going to be an issue. So they go together, right? So I think the key for us and the way we think about things at what's the foundational aspects of things that we're addressing, optimizing for inflammation, optimizing for mitochondrial function, for gut health, immune system support, hormonal health, et cetera.

And then looking at those markers can be helpful. But if you're just looking at those markers and just treating them without looking at the inflammatory side of things, it's like going to a chamber without hyperbaric chamber without doing the legwork or the groundwork before going in.
