But what he's noticed with training is that he can be at a higher heart rate, but still have a recovery because of the methylene booze on board. allows him to recover at a higher heart rate and then he can maintain his aerobic and anaerobic training and increase.

And so he doesn't lose that anaerobic capacity as fast as a result of being, and then he can have that heart rate recovery at the higher level, which is pretty, pretty cool. Right. So that's kind of, you know, this is like a newer thing. And so just interesting to see if like, oh, I feel that physiology shift, but my heart rate's 10 points higher than usual, right? So I think what Methylene Blue is doing there is it's working on the recovery aspect of things, allowing you to kind of shed some of that oxidative stress a little bit faster and so that you don't have to go as deep to get parasympathetic. But we'll have to see.
