Just as Jewish Americans have an impact on America's policy towards Israel, I expect Indian Americans to continue to have an impact on America's policy towards India. I think so, yes. I don't really think that Pakistan has much to gain from starting a new misadventure because India has been able to demonstrate that they can hit very hard.
