The fact is, is that these people that I've debriefed, they all have a slice of that mosaic, a piece of that puzzle, because it's highly compartmented. It's what they may have picked up from people in the UFO subculture. But what I am very rigorous about with these guys is talk about what you directly saw, what you can prove, what are the documents, what are the photos, video, what have you. And they have that. But once they go off that reservation... onto things that are part of the pop culture of ufology, that's a problem, right?

We have to look at the information, all the whistleblower, all the data, but then we have to do reassessment because people are going to leap immediately like this.
