So let's go back to the university campus.
Help me understand what that initial, do you have a name for that?
Is there a term for what happened there?
What is significant about the way that they approached you and brought you in?
So that's the second part then.
So when they're saying to you,
Are you not open?
What is that technique?
Like, why is that so bad?
And I'm literally just trying to understand this and play devil's advocate at the same time.
Someone goes like, oh, are you close-minded, Steve?
Right.
