Yeah, yeah.
We're just like, this surge of energy comes up and we're like, well, I don't want to be angry.
I don't want to have an outburst.
But at the same time, you know, I can't ignore or deny this.
So I'm just going to contain it best I can.
You know, one of the things that people do is they try to use the mind alone to solve a problem of the mind and it's tough to do.
We're asking the mind to do too many things that it's not actually built to do.
But if we connect the mind with the body and the breath, the mind is amplified because together they are more.
Different vibrational frequencies.
The body operates on an alpha frequency in ways that the mind has a struggle staying in.
The mind gets up into other vibrational frequencies.
you know, frequencies where it's worrying and analyzing and pontificating and filling in blanks and getting anxious, etc.
And so when you direct your mind's attention onto the body, what begins to happen is it starts to slow the mind.
Just like slowing your breath will slow the mind.
When you slow your breath, it slows the mind.
And when the mind slows,
Instead of it generating a frequency like this, it starts to generate a frequency like this.
And there's more spaciousness between the thoughts.
So we don't have a knee-jerk reaction into saying something or doing something that we don't want to say or do, even though we want to say it or do it.
And so what happens is it brings us into this calmer state.
