And you can create these tech stacks where the cost of goods for that full tech stack is now $300 or so for that unit.
And then you actually create a sort of a sustaining interaction through a subscription model or something like that.
you actually can create a value proposition that I think you can get a private sector, you know, participation in an entirely different way.
But you also create this incredible value to the patients themselves and to the patients and, you know, and even to the providers as we see that, you know, our health workforce shortages are just going to continue to be extended.
I actually think, now, is it going to be easy?
No.
Is it going to take incredible leadership and inspiration?
Yes.
What I'm hoping is that there are other people who are out there who are just saying, like, we can do something.
Well, I'm going to answer this in two ways.
The first is I don't think that we need ā I think we have the ability to actually start this model in a very significant way at the state level.
I really do.
I think, you know, I've had the opportunity just in the past few weeks to meet with state-level representatives, and they are so close to their constituents.
And they, you know, they have to meet the people where they live right now in their own states.
And the states have the policy levers to at least get something like this off the ground in a pretty bold and ambitious way.
And so I actually think that
Even outside of the federal government, this could, because it is a bridge between nonprofit policy shaping health workforce development, coupled with a for-profit type approach.
technology development capability.
I actually think a lot of this can be done now within the states and with a public-private partnership in an entirely novel, different way.
And so I would say, you know, I would like to, you know, push this as far as we can go without ever touching on the federal government, knowing that, you know, we have the space and the capacity right now.
