When it comes to this insulin resistance, they can either do the metformin.
But what I like to do, I like to start them on supplements that has inositol in it and vitamin D. Did you know that low vitamin D makes you insulin resistant?
You don't want it to be resistant.
Anything that will make you more insulin sensitive will help with symptoms of PCOS.
So you want to bring down these pillars, right?
Without even thinking about birth control pill, you want to lower your insulin resistance.
So whether it's metformin or supplements or exercise or low carbohydrate diet or lowering your stress and lowering your cortisol,
All of that, all of this system, that's why I wanted to explain all this because they all work together.
Then you want to bring your inflammation down.
You want to bring that visceral fat down.
So you have to, that's why, I don't know if you heard this, but in 2014, back then, I had trulicity as GLP-1.
